I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

More company relative politics is there, so could not control somebody, they was only acting front of MD. And now entered some non obay people, so i cannot imagine future of my previous company
