The Company is like a start up so i got an opportunity to start a new Project. As a result i got to travel to the US.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Since this company is still very new in India, they are ready to take to new Projects from US but not able to sustain them. HIRE AND FIRE is a common phenomena here as they do not think even before firing an entire team when the project goes back to the US. The company is mostly like a Proprietorship company. Country Head only listens to managers and Managers go to any extent to please the boss. The employees voice goes Unnoticed. They do not receive any appreciation, making work environment difficult....Read More
