We have been allowed to work from home with 20% deduction in salary.

Dislikes

In order to get recognition or salary increment you will have to submit your resignation otherwise despite of giving your best you will get below average increment. This is destroying the work culture.

I was working as project engineer and the work we do is very tough as the site work never stops we have to work all days in week even on Sundays too. Freshers and people with 1-2 yr of experience in transmission can learn and do well in this firm and the opportunity and projects are good. Salary is low when compared with work load. Travel and postings transfer are frequent if you are in projects. A very challenging job I was doing but I learned a lot. Work environment is good. Work-life balance is very poor....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
