All the decisions is take by MD only. No one can take decisions even the smallest one. Not fixed time to go home. Increment are not very good.

Work Details

Work is not very hectic. But reporting is. If you keep give them order they will be happy with you. I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day operations.
