The Foundation has been there for many years but still there are no set processes. I should have read the signs early on during the recruitment process when they refused to give a JD. Your job profile will keep changing and you will be evaluated on work that you dint even know you were supposed to do. There is zero job security. More than 30 people have been asked to leave without any proper evaluation and feedback on their work....Read More

The sad thing is the Director herself encourages politics and plays games. The person hired under her to head the Foundations work is a highly wrong hire who is not capable of managing the immense amount of work let alone the task of leading the team. He has no knowledge and the Director has no vision. A change in management though unlikely could help in using the Foundation’s fund properly which are lying unused as of now....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
