RP Clan is a Real Estate company which deals with all new launch projects of Bangalore. I have worked as Relationship Manager in this company. The culture and values are really very good. Skill Developing and learning things are excellent. Management helps employees to grow and develop their skills.

The MD Rahul Vishwakarma make your life hell and after achieving your target you won't get your incentives. Not only me there are multiple employees who didn't received their incentives.

Dislikes

The MD Rahul Vishwakarma won't leave you at night also you have to call at night also he won't let you go on time and later he won't give salary and incentives. He didn't paid to multiple people that's why he changed his office from HBR layout to some other area. He won't give travelling expenses also and he will make employees run for his personal work also.
