Here in this company, there is great opportunity to learn and develop your skills. Which is not avilable in other places. I am working in this company for many years, but I never feel any work pressure like in other companies. I can work with mental peace. I never feel like I am an employee here, beacause the employer here is very cooperative in all matter. As an employee, I never had to think about salary for so many years, it always come on time without any problem with good increment and incentives every year. And about other facilities, I also didn't need to say anything because the company process is so good that every thing work smoothly.
