I have had a disappointing experience with the work culture at Royale Touch. Unfortunately, the management tends to be overly critical and targets employees severely for even minor mistakes. Specifically, I have had issues with Team Leads Rakesh and Chandrakant, who I feel are unprofessional in their approach. Moreover, when technical issues arise due to company-wide problems, we are often expected to work on holidays without compensation.
