It's a good company.

Dislikes

Working time is poor on this company. Around 10 to 12 hour's working per day for all employees. If possible to change them helpful to releve mind pressure for all employees.

Work Details

Before corana is ok for working time and leaves. After corona not comfortable with free flow of work. Working time is bad (Saturday, Sunday & Holiday working is worst).

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
