No more pressure . Appreciate the thing is providing the Food afternoon. But that also not maintaining properly.

The Job Role like ON roll As well OFF Roll. They have to inform to the employee when they are joining or else at interview itself. They never explain about the company as well the job role. And no more Saturday leave for OFF ROLL at least they have to consider the OFF role people also the Human. They also having the commitment . Every Saturday we are working don't know why. Even a single Saturday there is no leave for us. But for ON roll more benefits. Week off, Combo off, Rotational off etc... Sunday alone the week off for OFF Role... And above there is Partiality beto OFF ROLE AND ON ROLL. Not even providing the HEALTH POLICY FOR EVERYONE. That also only for ON roll. They are treating the OFF role as servent. Even they are educated. And final thunga freshers are hate work here after a month. One side they are hiring the people and other side people are absconding as well relieving.First of all I won't like the Identity Card TAG for OFF ROLL. They are treating well. Atleast the Identity card wants to be good right!. It seems like school identity card. That also nowadays Looking Good. No more trip. If we want means we have to pay. Company not responsible.
