Honestly, I did not like anything about the company. The culture is so toxic. They micromanage their employees and there is absolutely no job security because once you stand up to the management to tell how you're facing problem they'll throw you out by giving excuse that your work is poor....Read More

The whole company culture is toxic. Starting from the CEO to the HR to other people only drains you out by pressuring an employee. They don't let you take leave. Sudden leave is not allowed if someone dies in your house they won't allow you to take half day and leave you might have to complete office hours. Talking about the behaviour of the hierarchy they're the most toxic people I have ever seen. Don't be straightforward in this company. If you can butter people and tolerate all the wrongdoing on yourself then you can grow otherwise once u stand up against the unfair matters you'll be thrown out....Read More

If there was an option of giving a review in minus, I'd have provided that. If you think you can construct a bright future in content writing.. I'd suggest you not to join here. They take any one and everyone so your skills will not be measured based on how much capable you are with your words but how much you can please your hierarchies. Work culture is toxic, they will stress you to the edge that even after going home you'll probably be thinking where you went wrong and how will your job turns out. Management is made of some people who only knows how to exploit you and take advantage of you. And if you try to protest, Boom! They'll start exploiting you even more. Salary?? Haha! Don't even expect it before 25th of month after 3-4 months of joining. There's nothing called job security, as academic content writing is itself an unethical work since you'll have to do the assignments of some rich kids studying in UK and Australia. You'll write and write and write and there'll be no career growth whatsoever. So think wisely before falling for that 16k per month, which you'll get paid after giving a call to the CEO for a thousand times probably....Read More

The work culture is very poor with extremely rude superiors. Job security is not really there, as one of my colleague's employment was unnecessary put on hold. They pay their employees very late, keeping dues up to two-three months.
