Last year in September 2021 I went to Royal migration solution for my daughter's higher education in Canada. In the first meeting they informed me in a very detailed way. I was convinced to apply for the colleges through them. The process was informed in a correct and clear way about what needs to be done. At the visa stage, I was very careful about the information and documents. There was no shortage of time and every step was in order to make the application successful. The startup visa program is perfect for me because it suits my needs, I have businesses here in Dubai and Europe which makes it difficult for me to stay in Canada but this is for family, we all get visas and I Not bound to live there, I can travel in and out while maintaining my PR. Thanks,

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
