We don't get a chance to grow.. even if we ask our seniors about the promotion criterias or anything related to growth they just ignore it. Not only one even the ASM, CBM, ZM. I asked him that currently I am a CRT Manager i want to be a RRC please tell what should I do, they just ignored my words, this is the only thing I don't liked here.
