It's a great place to experience in and out the brand especially if you are a fan. You are associated more at the emotional level.

Dislikes

A lot of internal politics. HR has no role for employee support. Very primitive mindset, if you raise your issue at any level you will be asked to leave the organization. You will find salary disparity amongst the same role you are at to the other employee. Gender wage gap can be easily noticed. Career growth is super slow.

Overall depends on your manager. At his convenience he can call you for work even at 9pm in the night which in incorrect at all levels.
