It has good reputation outside... I really like the management ideas to make the balance of the work & family. They are dedicated to employees welfare. They are introducing many schemes for the development of employees.. But did it reach the employees correctly? they are not checking on that will explain that in dislike part.

You know the company's top management is in very much interested in giving the employees the quality life and work. But whatever the top management trying is going in vain. That they are not aware of. If u want to work in royal enfield you have to work 24/7 without any complaint. What ever the perks you have you are not allowed to enjoy that. For example. Weekly working days are 5 days only but It's been 3 months I have been Woking 6 days but the 6 th day will not be registered officially(Managers). The main torturous thing is the WhatsApp group even at 12.00 am u have to do update the questions asked by your manager at that time... If you work there your life will become hell(in not all the departments)...you will not able to concentrate on your family life...The department you should not enter in RE(NPD, PROTO DEVELOPMENT, SOURCING, VENDOR DEVELOPMENT,BUYER) They department you can have peaceful life(Design, production, stores). And notice period is 3 months so it is not easy to find another job....Read More
