Pls nobody will choose jobs in Royal enfield. Iam not tell about company. I would like to telling about Management ony. It is very very worst compare with tire 3 companies. If you choose jobs in RE then Don't think about family and your safety also. Especially job Security is Very worst. If You're ready to work 24×7 then will selectRE. They are followup only in time punch They Don't care about your out time. They select candidate only for completion of pending work. If you complete then they force to resign your job immediately. Very very worst TL are available in RE. TL Dont have team manage capacity. RE brand is okay but management is Very very worst. Work life is Very worst. If you take any personal leave that day also you want to work so thats why I told 24×7. Don't waste of your time with RE.
