I am entering this company as a fresher. But within few months I have getting success in my own ability. I was managed both inside and outside office work by hard working.

Dislikes

There is no working time. I was entering at office or site at 7: 30 am and I was leaving or closing office at 8:30 to 9:00 pm. My working period is unlimited. And salary was not getting on the right time.

Work Details

When I am entering as a office assistant. But after few months authority order me to do everything.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
