Taking care of the employees very well. As long as follows company standard you won't get termination...and safety is 100 percent ....lot of training programs to learn... performance appraisals etc, they really support the crew to learn and grow.....

Sometimes corporate level managers doesn't know exactly who is doing good performance...they just believe what ever onboard management says...and the worst part is onboard Middle management simply sit on the computer and blame someone else instead of giving proper training or support...and the Corporate beleives exactly what the managers says.... Rather than that RCL is amazing place to work

It was really entertaining.... learn something new lot of work stations..but once you reach certain (positions) level you won't learn anymore, because of the Middle management ..if any one complaint against then appraisals are gone down to the bottom...
