Scheduler Marie Ponce she is not at all helpful, someone need to look into how she is doing scheduling, she has made me wait in this lockdown and has not given me assignments even after send lots of emails. I hope someone will see in this matter

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
