Poor technical knowledge of Reporting person as he is responsible for handling IT dept and even knowing that subordinates are working on multiple task. Worst Management as HR Role is flexible (as HR persons changes frequently in year) No job security as it depends upon management decision No promotion and salary hikes, person stick on same position even after completing 10 to 15 years
