It is a great opportunity to work here. RSP is one of the unit of SAIL which is a Maharatna company. Management system is good. Everyone is helpful nature. Work load is mild. Work is done by SAP & MS office application which make ease to do the work. I like here very much about getting time of relaxation after finishing of work.

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Time system is flexible. It can be modified by traditionally. At the time of exit all pending works are reminded. There is no performance based promotion or increment for contractual workers. Salary is not good for workers who are under contractor.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
