Its a fantastic company and has a fantastic career growth policies compensations and benefits, but in some properties the managing authorities are not very responsive to the colleagues development and benefits. I loved and enjoyed working here during my tenure. A suggestion i would like to give is kindly transfer the colleagues todifferent properties as spending 10-15 years in a same property is a comfort zone which Effects the work culture for the new colleagues. It all depends how the General Manager sees you If he don't like even if you are doing an excellent job he will target you and insult you. Kind of a racism as you need to be puppet. You don't have authority , and huge politics from the management team. There is several complains from the team members but the GM is untouchable.
