No job security as employees are on contract, but management is purely exposed to global work culture, 5 days work , outing, all hands meeting, friendly management, salary is nice compare to other companies, harassment free work environment, POSH committe, etc

Dislikes

Production team will be treated as labourers by quality, planning,and process team. New guys coming frm other companies very difficult to adopt to rossell's global work culture.Not able learn new things always on production line focus
