Rosewalk is the worst place to work and no one shall even opt for it, it is juggling game between wife and husband with no work culture and no environment.Wife says something to husband and husband reacts as per wishes, no JD's, no KRA's

There is no job security, just on the wish of the Director and CEO who both have non medico background will evaluate your work and will threat to terminate the staff.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
