Likes

1) well handled their employee health safety during pandemic, no job cuts due to pandemic 2) good to learn new things from technical side 3) well established global company 4) good sales turnover ratio 5) no competitor in global starch market

Dislikes

1) even though global company, local indian HR ruined the Global reputation 2) Lazy HR's and no transparent in HR Policies (especially Leave and Other benefits) 3) Managers are acting like boss, not like leaders 4) narrow mindset of staffs and HR's 5) more favoritism towards language , state and people 6) govt structured promotion policy ( more served, less deserved people get more hikes and promotion even though their works has been done by new joiness...Read More

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
