- Working with Latest Technologies - Complete Responsibility of the Project - Friendly team and Everyone is equal - Hikes are based on performance it may be Quarterly or Half-yearly, Completely depends on the CEO. If he likes your work he will increase your pay

- Need to switch between technologies based on Project and Projects are small will be completed in a couple of months. - If you join as a fresher, but they will project you as Expertise in respective Project technologies to the client, So EOD you need to struggle with Learning and simultaneously working on Tasks (If you take that as +ve then it will be fun to learn and Work in Project)

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
