Initially was having minimum jobs, going further it was slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire operation team. Not only having experience but can gain high knowledge of being responsible.

House keeping workers are very humble that's the only good thing here.

No formalities and professionalism, They Pretend themselves as a father of Cyber Security but low knowledge of LAW, Office politics is more complicated that Geo-Politics. Zero Diplomacy, Dictatorship, and CEO never respond to any Emails Roles and responsibilities are not clear, Fake promises to employees, No Grievance Mechanism. Wo rk instructions are not provided by email they provide only on verbal basis. I have attended training from Rooman Technologies.The course was free of cost. And the java training was good. But the trainer at our institution has no knowledge in programming and no communication skills. We almost completed our training and attended assessments. They attended assessment for someone who is not even present and she got passed in the test. Unfortunately due to pandemic we had to end our training. They didn't provide certification or stipend that they asked our bank details for(but I don't care much about that though). I contacted them many times. But there was no response. I emailed them again, no response. They ought to give us placements but they didn't. They will give us great hopes. But don't believe them. Don't pay them any money ....Read More
