House keeping workers are very humble that's the only good thing here.

No formalities and professionalism, They Pretend themselves as a father of Cyber Security but low knowledge of LAW, Office politics is more complicated that Geo-Politics. Zero Diplomacy, Dictatorship, and CEO never respond to any Emails Roles and responsibilities are not clear, Fake promises to employees, No Grievance Mechanism. Work instructions are not provided by email they provide only on verbal basis. No documentation, Inefficient employee work tracking mechanism, Employee terms will not be provided, they verbally involve terms as they require for time to time.
