I THINK COMPANY IS GOOD FOR STAY LONG TERM. BUT ABOUT GROWTH THERE IS NO SUFFICIENT. THIS COMPANY IS OPEN TO INNOVATION AND READILY ADOPTS LATEST TECHNOLOGY. BUT I WANT TO MY CARRIER TO USE MY SKILLS. I ALSO LIKE THE EMPLOYEE REHIRE POLICY HERE.

SAME AS ABOVE SAIL COMPANY IS DECENT, BUT GROWTH IS SLOW, PRESSURE IS VERY HIGH. SOMETIMES I HAVE TO WORK 14-18 HOURS STRAIGHT IN A DAY AS I HAVE TO ATTEND CLIENT CALL IN THE EVENING AND SOMETIMES LATE IN TO NIGHT. ALSO OWNER DO NOT VALUE AN INDIVIDUALS' UNIQUE STRENGTHS, WHICH IS WHY I HAVE TO TAKE BACK MY SUGGESTION MOST OF THE TIMES.

GENERALLY SPEAKING, MY WORK IS SLIGHTLY CHALLENGING AS I HAVE TO LOOK AFTER ENTIRE PRODUCT AND ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES AS WELL AS MANAGE DAY TO DAY YIELD OPERATIONS. I HAD VERY HARD DONE IN THIS COMPANY .
