Ronch polymers is providing very good training. Good in Injection moulding section. Job security. Humble owner. Best in purifier section.

Dislikes

Long working hours. Increment is less. Lot of work pressure. Travell for customer complaints. No canteen facilities.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
