Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company Police are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The experience here was impeccable with all new and disastrous situations for the first time. Starting from the registration and verification of documents. We were not even offered proper place to sit or comfort ourselves when we landed in the company straight from our respective houses by bus and train. We were soaring in the heat.Most importantly there was nothing sort of training over there. Even on the first day itself we were treated as labourers and not trainees. Their wasn't even canteen facility for employees in the 2nd shift or to be specific in the night , when it's required the most. We had to leave the and walk around 1 km to find a dhaba and have something to eat. Sometimes it so happened that there was no food left for us to eat, so we spent that day by eating Parle g.
