The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology .I love the fact that I am a part of The Romsons Group of industry high quality products global client base.and I proud of our maintenance department team .I trace out the measure problem of injection moulding machine, blister packing machine and automations machinery and it's preventive maintenance also.

Generally I seen the break Downs of machine's and trace out it's fault and take corrective action and preventive action also.mostly I feel that measure problem create in injection moulding machine and Blisters packing machine. Automation machinery .

There is nothing to like but while working in DRA department our managers are supportive but the management's persons are illiterates.

Dislikes

Physical abuses by HR & Admin department both, they can go to any extent for protecting the words, behaviour and abuse of there Managing Director who looks after Romsons E-20, Foundary nagar, Agra. They abuses there employee in front of everyone and holds salary for 1-2 months. After I left this company now I am very happy working out of that filth.

Good people but they do not recognize your efforts, qualifications and experience. No hierarchy to grow or to help. Poor increment and high attrition rate.
