Company has a bit of casual work approach. There is no pressure unless senior authorities visit the place.

Dislikes

Senior management lacks in a lot of aspects, specially in training and leadership. New and young employees are not given proper training. Also, communication and taking up of responsibilities by seniors is missing. Also, there is a lot of corporate politics and personal biasness which I feel is not good in corporate world.

Work Details

There was not much pressure. It was more like a government job, with sudden mess at times. But, in terms of personal growth, there is not much scope.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
