The Japanese members were very helpful and friendly.

Dislikes

The top management is unable to prevent politics at work place. Senior people make money and set up their own factories right under the nose of Top guys and yet they reman the most revered... Whereas the best performers are axed and sidelined again and again. No control over expenses.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
