Company was not supported in covid-19 because they not give salary in lockdown and farmer protest.

The Company give very good environment to the personal. It also give decision making power to staff. And also reward employees satisfactory. It has good communication at every end. It also adopt latest technology for new innovation. The other major and good point is collaboration i.e all culture people work together.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-14hours straight is day. I have to attend even clients call in evening and sometimes even in midnight I have to attend the call. Salary is also a big issue. From few months salary is payable after three months, Which is a very big problem.
