Company is good. Once in year company go for outstation with sales employee. But COVID time company laid of some employees & and not given salary.

Books quality is better. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair .

Dislikes

The salary of this company is poor as compared to experience and salaryslip not given and also weekly TA bill not given properly. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. There was insufficient SP Books.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. They give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is slow .

Work Details

In the beginning the job is quite struggling as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job and got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
