Colleagues are supportive. there is no company policy for employee. every new employee who wanted make his career growth feel frustrated and uncomfortable regarding to job profile.. there is no support from higher managment..

This is the worst company to work with as it is full of marwadi culture , and no respect to professionals. The directors themselves are less qualified and do not want to groom anyone in the business. Their growth strategy is inorganic and by cheating the distributors and going for direct customers . They do not have any ethics. If you go to the factory at Roha , its workers are not paid in time , they work ininhuman conditions and no factory manager is kept more than 3 to 4 months to get associated with the work Sometimes I feel that their real business is something else ( which ED needs to examine) but going by raids and the cash floating in the office its like working for a gangsters...Read More
