In my point of view Rockwell is a great organization but I request everyone whenever you get the opportunity in rockwell never joined GEBS operations.

There are plenty of things which I not like specially in GEBS Operations. Buttering:- If you are good in this then definitely you will get the promotion doesn't matter whether you have process knowledge or not. Management:- Never think about the people who adding the value to the organization. They always care about who are in theirlist of favoritism. No Promotions culture, only IJP to filled to get promotion as they say. Even, You are not getting increment every year, they provide either bonus or incremental salary in each year.
