The company offers some other benefits like insurance for parents and dependents which is not offered by others for same standard. And flexibility for work hours.

Dislikes

Management is getting bad day by day. Specially for India part. Bonus Compensation and benefits are cutting off several times. There is no specific criteria that can promote you in upper ladder, everything is said based on performance, but the base line of performance is not standard . Thats the worst thing I guess.

The environment and team support we have. The perks we get like cab, night and food allowances.

Random decision to change senior leadership. And less option to hierarchy due to which hard to promote engineer and slow salary growth. And less salary benefits like no variable. They compensate with 1 year increment cut and next year variable cut.

Rockwell as an organization is extremely good. You will get many opportunities for growth and learning*(but in some of their vertical the favoritism culture is applicable). In my point of view Rockwell is a great organization but I request everyone whenever you get the opportunity in rockwell never joined GEBS operations.

There are plenty of things which I not like specially in GEBS Operations. Buttering:- If you are good in this then definitely you will get the promotion doesn't matter whether you have process knowledge or not. Management:- Never think about the people who adding the value to the organization. They always care about who are in theirlist of favoritism. Only work life balance is the thing which i appreciate truly being a Rockwell

Dislikes

No Promotions culture, only IJP to filled to get promotion as they say. Even, You are not getting increment every year, they provide either bonus or incremental salary in each year. If this year they are paying bonuses it means there is no salary increment. And that feels awful and painful being at Rockwell.
