This is only specific to my department, overall the company is very very good, however the department I worked lacks professionalism, Designation given is business analyst, but the work I was doing is copy paste work. Can’t even write emails, need to use templates to change order number and other stuff and send email. Quality of work is very poor, no learning and growth. Also no offs on diwali, holi, and national holidays....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
