Likes

I appreciated the professional growth and learning opportunities at Rockman Industries, as well as the supportive colleagues.

Dislikes

Management's tendency to trust false statements without proper verification and the resulting lack of job security were significant concerns. Additionally, there was a lack of employee welfare, poor food and water quality, and a generally toxic work environment.
