Salary on time, We can try any machine without any knowledge. Site Engineering and problem solving can be learnt.

Salary increments are based on the caste, by the senior management. So many seniors doing nothing, doesn't have any knowledge but taking high salaries and they will give our performance rating to the Senior management. No proper training.
