Toxix work place ( colleagues)at Hyderabad cluster. Poor leadership coupled with no appreciation and highest pressure to deliver numbers. Nobody cares worklife balances. Horrible HR practice. The day i resign with 24 days notice. The HR sent goons at same day night to cease office Iphone. My whole family was scared about this poor HR practice. Poor leadership. Too much focused on delivering numbers , hardly any ethics and toxic workforce. Mangers are out of the industry. Horrible HR managers

Company is not good. They don't value employee.

Dislikes

Culture is not good. People are not supportive. I asked for WFH as my mother is suffering from cancer, so I wanted to visit her. So my manager told No, you have to follow the policy and you have to come to office. Policy is same for everyone.
