The culture of the company got entirely changed when it became Roche Diabetes care from Roche Diagnostics. It hired FMCG professionals from different FMCG companies and later forced them to meet Doctors and work as a Medical rep which is entirely different career path for a FMCG candidate. But the company doesn't bother. The companyalways compare national Average PCPM with such small territories, and creates pressure on them on regular basis which is completely unjustified.
