Only sweet words, while doing the work, if we ask against the rules they will remove from the job without any intimation and also no work life balance and also they will cut a salary for 5min late to office and the worst thing is they will not allow our personal mobile phones

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
