There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issue like salary and career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything about the warehouse job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
