The company portrays that they value their employees but the truth is they don't. Your work is not appreciated, which is pretty evident from the appraisal that you get. I was with them for 3.4 years and went through 2 appraisal cycles during that duration. Each time, I had to put down my papers because the hike that they offered was beyond acceptable. And it's not like they can't afford appreciating your hardwork; they definitely can. They revised my appraisal both the times. I am not promoting this practice at all; I am just saying that there is nothing wrong in asking for a package/hike you deserve for your hardwork that brings profits for the company. They are highly unprofessional (I would go so far as calling them unethical) when it comes to handling downsizing. They sacked an entire team, basically giving their employees no choice but to resign. They didn't fire the team to avoid getting that tag. In the process, they wreaked havoc on the mental health of so many employees, including mine. They are all about painting a picture of a healthy work culture but the management can be unfair and unprofessional whenever it suits their needs without giving two thoughts about employee well-being. The list is quite long but I’ll try to keep it as short as possible. The work culture is a bit weird. HR keeps making different policies every other day and these so called ‘company’ policies are different for everyone. No clear communication from the HR’s side ever. I have been working in RnF for the past 4 years. I have learnt a lot here and my professional growth has been amazing. I joined at an entry level position here and now I am serving on a managerial position. The best part about the organisation is that you'd get a lot of opportunities to capitalise on and make the most of it. Ultimately, it also depends on your hardwork and dedication that'll take you through. The company gives you ample of opportunities to prove your mettle. There are a number of big projects and the experience you'd gain would be really valuable. Worst management, you will not get a good hike even you work hard. I wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone else. They force people to post positive comments on google reviews just to cover there bad reviews.

Yes, I can say this thing that there is a lot of politics and management don’t address our issues. Also, salary increment is not good. In covid situation they have given very less percentage of hike to their employees. You will only get 10% of your current salary hike.

"Micro-management" by the manager of service divison tops the list. here are others: 1. Manager is an arrogant person who only talks to employees(other than HR/Project mangers) when he either wants to cancel your leaves/fire you. 2. HR dept is a joke, the head treats all employees other than PMs and mangers as lowly lives. They callthemselves as open door culture, and the HR room has a note on their door "Don't enter without knocking/asking permission". 3. There are policies in place but only to cater mgt's interest. The policies can change at any point without informing employees to bend them even more to make employee helpless. 4. You get sufficient leaves , but can't take them! even if you're sick! you're doubted and looked down upon if you take one<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. You're judged at time of appraisal for taking leave even when you have plenty in your balance! </mark> 5. They have started giving monthly rating just to make employees feel bad about themselves and keep shut when time of appraisal comes. they give max of 3/5 to an excellent over-achiever employee too! and as soon as they take a leave, that is reduced by .5 for the next month for not being dedicated enough. 6. They literally frown upon the time you take for washroom breaks. they now allow 1 hour break out of mandatory 9 hour work time. This 1 hour includes lunch, tea, washroom breaks , even bday celebrations.. basically every second out of your seat is counted as break. 7. Hire and fire: they hired one person a year ago to fire people. He fired roughly 15-20 people in span of 3 months. And then when they were done with him, he got fired too!. 8. notice period of 2 months works only one way. If you resign and want to leave ASAP, you must serve 2 months! But if they fire, you have to leave immediately without any notice or severance package! FYI, it isn't even mentioned in their joining letter/policies. 9. Appraisals can range from 0-4% for 70% of employees, 5-8% for 20% employees, and 10% for highest rated....Read More
