Likes

3 years im working in RND Softech. Very very worst work experience and they will not take any employee without bond.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No shift allowance. Weekly 3 time shift changing. Im working as system engineer. IT Team members should not use cab facilities. New joins asked to work 12 house.
