Company pushed people to field in strict lockdown, those refused to do, he deduct their salary and ask Manager to resign.

Dislikes

No proper training and learning team. Not provide any scientific inputs. No marketing strategy. Whimsical decision No new molicules or good molecules. Company managed by non Pharma people. No idea of Pharmaceuticals, ask arbitrary figure to acieve. No clarity on Expenses deduction. Forced people to work in field in strict lockdown.Those refued, hige salary deduction or ask people to resign. No Standard Operating Policy(SOP). Culture is like PCD company....Read More

No training Programme at all. Old molecules. No marketing strategy. Father and son company. No compensation or settlement after separation. MD(Son of owner) had no experience in Pharmaceuticals industry, only doing politics never comes in field. No reciprocation on time. Worthless PMT, didn't come down to field approx 18 years. Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
