Working at RN classes has been one of the worst experiences of my life. It have mentally harassed by the head of the institute. I am thinking of filing a complaint against them as they are not paying my salary of the last 1 year. They are extremely rude people who have no manners at all. Workculture was horrible</mark>. The teachers there are low qualification and have very less teaching experience as they don't pay a lot of salary to their teachers. No family life after joining RN classes and you become senior, they will try to put you down in every way possible so that you leave the institute at the end of the session and they will hire new teacher trainees at 16k per month which is just another form of "cheap labour". Shame on them. These kind of people are the reason why education system is degrading in India....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
